All the time you heard to become more empathetic with your users you must understand their situations, what are their needs, their pain points, and how we get that information by asking The why questions.

But is really about just asking why, If someone just keeps asking me why I’ll get frustrated and annoyed because is a useless conversation; I don’t get any solution or value.

WHY is about reframing conversations into problems you can help with.

You might think you know your end-user and their problems but you’re not.
Being open to the unexpected leads you to see the experience from another perspective and identify the real pivotal users.
