What does it mean to be a multilingual person in a design team✍?
Imagine that you are in a situation with your team that needs to understand the problems of other users in a different country means a different culture, a different language, and this project means a lot for your and your team.
What does it mean to be a multilingual person?
Signify that you are a person who understands, speaks, and active with people of this language, directly knowing their culture and their thinks. So how you can save your team?
We all know what’s mean Human-centered design or Design thinking. It’s to start with humans and finish with the solution, but what most people don’t see is the long way between those two. So what’s easy for you? you already speak their language so you have like a magic stick. So it is easy for you to understand their problems and their need based on your knowledge of them. therefore minimum time maximum work.
But what most important than that in a team with members from different countries? Is to understand each other’s, solving our problems so we can solve clients’ problems.
